    • 2 tbls Maple Syrup
    • 3oz of dairy free vanilla yogurt
      • Tip: We recommend the "So Delicious" Brand
    • 1/4 Cup of non-dairy milk (coconut works best)
    • 1 tbls of Sunbutter (can substitute with peanut butter)
  • Mix the following dry ingredients in a seperate bowl:
    • 1 tbls of Chia seeds
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 cup Oat Flour
    • Chocolate chips or Nuts if you so choose
  • Once ingredients are mixed in each bowl, converge all ingredients into one bowl and mix well
  • Upon sitting, the oat flour may expand. If batter is too thick, add a splash of milk
    • Batter should be the consistency of pancake mix
  • Line a muffin pan with coconut oil or parchment paper
  • Pour in your batter
    • Be sure not to over fill - They rise!
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes
  • Once removed from oven, let them sit for a short 4-5 minutes!

We prefer to devour these fluffy muffins warm! Enjoy!
