Banana Oat Muffins

RECIPE
- Preheat over to 350 degrees
- Mix the following wet ingredients in a bowl:
- 1 Banana
- 2 tbls Maple Syrup
- 3oz of dairy free vanilla yogurt
- Tip: We recommend the "So Delicious" Brand
- 1/4 Cup of non-dairy milk (coconut works best)
- 1 tbls of Sunbutter (can substitute with peanut butter)
- Mix the following dry ingredients in a seperate bowl:
- 1 tbls of Chia seeds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- Chocolate chips or Nuts if you so choose
- Once ingredients are mixed in each bowl, converge all ingredients into one bowl and mix well
- Upon sitting, the oat flour may expand. If batter is too thick, add a splash of milk
- Batter should be the consistency of pancake mix
- Line a muffin pan with coconut oil or parchment paper
- Pour in your batter
- Be sure not to over fill - They rise!
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes
- Once removed from oven, let them sit for a short 4-5 minutes!
